Terms of Service

Welcome to bisomna.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any pre-order you place for a Bisomna™ product. Please read them carefully before using the site or placing a pre-order.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By browsing bisomna.com, submitting a pre-order, or contacting us through the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place a pre-order.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract to place a pre-order.

2. Who We Are

BISOMNA is an Israeli-founded company developing a layered biomaterial wellness blanket. The site and the Bisomna™ brand are operated by [Company legal name Ltd.], registration number [Company Ltd. registration number], with its registered office at [registered company address], Israel ("BISOMNA", "we", "us").

BISOMNA is currently in its pre-launch stage. Products offered on this site are available for pre-order only and have not yet shipped to customers.

Orders & payments

3. Pre-Orders and Estimated Delivery

All purchases on this site are pre-orders. When you place a pre-order, your payment method is charged at the time of the order, and your place in the delivery queue is reserved.

  • Shipping is currently estimated to begin in Q2 2028, starting with a U.S. launch in Texas and California.
  • Delivery dates are estimates. Product development, manufacturing, certification, and logistics timelines may shift, and delays are possible.
  • Statements on this site about future products, features, launch regions, and timelines are forward-looking and may change as development progresses.

If the estimated shipping window changes materially, we will notify you at the email address on your pre-order, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment (see Section 5).

4. Pricing and Payment

Current pre-order prices are Bisomna Core — $399 USD and Bisomna PRO — $699 USD, excluding any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges disclosed at checkout. We may change prices for future orders at any time; a price change will not affect a pre-order you have already placed.

Payments are processed externally by Tranzila, an Israeli PCI-DSS certified payment processor. Your card details are entered on and handled by Tranzila's secure systems — this site never sees or stores your card data. Payment processing is also subject to Tranzila's own terms and privacy practices.

5. Cancellation and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Before shipment: you may cancel your pre-order at any time, for any reason, and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • After delivery: every Bisomna blanket is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return and refund.

To cancel or request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Tranzila. Return shipping instructions will be provided when a return is approved.

6. 5-Year Limited Warranty (Summary)

Each Bisomna blanket comes with a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use, starting from the date of delivery.

  • If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • The full warranty terms will be provided with the product and may include additional conditions and claim procedures.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Product & site use

7. Bisomna PRO: App, Sensors, and Your Data

Bisomna PRO includes fabric-integrated sensors and a companion app offering sleep tracking. Use of the app requires creating an account and accepting any additional in-app terms presented at setup.

  • Sleep tracking is opt-in. You choose whether to enable it, and you can disable it in the app.
  • Data collected through the app is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981, including Amendment 13.
  • California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, as described in our Privacy Policy.

App features described before launch are part of an in-development product and may evolve before and after shipping.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use bisomna.com only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the site, its security features, or the pre-order process;
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site or place orders;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in a pre-order or contact form;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data connected to the site.

We may cancel orders or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

9. Intellectual Property

The BISOMNA name, the Bisomna™ mark, logos, product designs, text, graphics, and all other content on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our prior written consent.

Product imagery on this site is AI-rendered visualization of a product in development, and is disclosed as such. Renders are illustrative and the final product may differ in appearance and detail.

10. A Consumer Wellness Textile

Bisomna blankets are consumer wellness textiles designed for comfort, relaxation, and a better sleep environment. For questions about a health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

General terms

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms;
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the site or a pre-order;
  • Our total aggregate liability in connection with a pre-order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights in your place of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our products, launch timeline, or the law. The "Effective date" above shows when the current version took effect. Material changes affecting existing pre-orders will be communicated by email. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, except where applicable consumer law grants you non-waivable rights to bring claims elsewhere.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
